Variable Rate Loan Agreement & Truth-in-Lending Disclosure

It is a required agreement and Truth-in-Lending disclosure for the Equity Entrée program to be used with the open-end program. This document details the terms of the loan for the member. Notice of Right to Cancel

When a security interest is taken in a consumer’s primary residence, this Notice of Right to Cancel (Rescind) is required by the Truth in Lending Act to be given to each consumer whose ownership interest will be subject to the security interest. It informs consumers of their right to cancel the loan transaction subject to the limitations provided by the Truth in Lending Act. Home Equity Deed of Trust (Open-End)

FEMA Standard Flood Hazard Determination

Required for all real estate loans. FEMA regulation requires this form to be completed to identify whether the home being used as security for a loan is in a flood area. This form is only available as part of the Equity Entrée Lending Program and is not sold individually.
